Local ingredients for authentic cuisine
At Al Piccolo, as in any home, the selection of raw materials is based on quality criteria that must apply not only to the products but also to the people who create them: the producers. This is why we are part of the Trentini Cheese Consortium. And for this reason, we carefully select producers from the local area or those with guaranteed traceability. Like olive oil, honey, and as for the vegetables… whenever possible, they come from our own garden.
Each season, we all gather to make ravioli, which we regularly serve during our traditional dinners—ravioli filled with cheese but also with mountain-scented spices.
Breakfast and dinner, here they are, served with care. And for lunch, a surprise awaits.

Our meal times
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner in our dining room from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you are staying on a bed and breakfast basis, we recommend booking dinner by speaking to Reception, Elena, or Gianpaolo.
For lunch, we offer a healthy lunch-pack, which you can order during breakfast. It includes freshly made sandwiches with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Every morning, upon waking, you’ll find a buffet full of delicacies carefully prepared by us. The aroma of baked goods, like freshly baked cookies and cakes, fills the air and invites you to start your day with a smile.
Our homemade jams are a true journey through the flavors of Trentino, while the wide selection of cereals, yogurt, and muesli caters to even the most health-conscious guests. Athletes will find a special corner with dried fruits, fresh fruit, and other energizing options to face a day among the stunning peaks of the Val di Fassa.

Our dining room was renovated in 2023, fulfilling the whole family’s desire to comfortably host couples, families, and small groups in separate areas. This way, we can provide space for both lively gatherings and more intimate settings for couples seeking privacy
Bar
The bar has been renovated with bio-living principles to create a calming and harmonious environment. In winter, the stube provides warmth, and in summer, the outdoor terrace offers a breath of fresh air. Gianpaolo, a third-level sommelier, offers tastings of local producers’ wines, while Elena recommends herbal teas or infusions of local herbs and flowers for a restful sleep.
