A family story
It was 1957 when, Gianni and Erminia arrived in Val di Fassa… and only in 1968 they opened “Al Piccolo Hotel”.
The two, enthusiastic and full of energy, are fully enjoying their dream: Erminia takes to the kitchen and writes her recipe book, while Gianni proves to be the perfect host.
Today, the next generation has carried on, following the principles of their grandparents

Our rooms
The atmosphere is intimate, peaceful, and distinctly mountainous. We offer Garden rooms on the garden level, Panorama rooms with panoramic balconies, and Cambre de Len, built with eco-friendly materials for a restful sleep
The furnishings are simple, and if you’re looking for something grand, just look out the window: all around our hotel, you’ll see mountain peaks. Mother Nature.
Buffet breakfast
Good morning from Anna and Bianca.
Every morning, we bring to the buffet the cakes and cookies that Chef Francesco and Kitchen Mate Romeo lovingly prepare each day. And if someone asks for a little extra chocolate… we never tell anyone!

The selection is varied, with plenty of proteins, carbohydrates, and freshness. If you want something tailored to your needs, just ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you

Pasta made by chef Francesco. Vegetables from Elena’s garden. For a good wine? Ask Gianpaolo.
Homemade pasta
We prepare ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. We select the raw materials and seasonality for delicious dishes
Genuine ingredients
Elena’s garden that in summer gives salad, zucchini and cucumbers, and in winter flavored spices
Tradition Innovation
Our menu choices range from traditional Ladin, Trentino, and homemade recipes. We also offer reinterpretations. But most importantly, the innovation lies in bringing balanced dishes to the table in just the right portions
